According to Wikipedia, global sales totalled over 380,000 by December 2018, making it "the world's all–time best–selling highway–capable electric car."
Of those, 126,747 had been sold in the United States by October 2018, 100,000 in Japan by April 2018, and 100,000 in Europe by June 2018. The European market was led by Norway, with 33,156 new units registered by the end of October 2018.
